Learning Procedure

1.  Filling out the Study Plan

Students are required to fill in the Study Plan through the academic information system provided by the university at the beginning of each semester. This process involves selecting courses according to the study program curriculum and the number of credits allowed based on the IP of the previous semester.

2. Study Plan Approval

After filling out the study plan, students must get approval from the academic supervisor (PA). The PA lecturer will check the proposed study plan to ensure compliance with the curriculum, study load, and targeted learning outcomes.

3.  Course Contract

After the study plan is approved, students officially bind themselves in a lecture contract for the selected course. This contract is binding and becomes the basis for student participation in the learning and evaluation process for one semester.

4. Learning Process

The learning process is carried out in accordance with the schedule set by the study program. Learning can be done in various forms, such as face-to-face lectures, practicums, seminars, group discussions, projects, and online learning. Active student participation is an important component in this process.

5. Evaluation

Evaluation is carried out to assess student learning outcomes through various methods, such as assignments, quizzes, midterm exams (UTS), final semester exams (UAS), and project assessments.

6. Announcement of Study Results

After the evaluation process is complete, the study results will be announced through the university's academic information system. Students can see the results of their studies in the form of the final grade obtained for each course. This value will affect the calculation of the Index.

7. Semester Achievement (IPS) and Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA).

This procedure ensures that the learning process is systematic and transparent, so that students can achieve optimal academic targets.
