A. Qualifications for Nutrition Graduates

Graduates of the Nutrition Bachelor's program will receive an S.Gz. degree and be at level 6 in the Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). They are expected to have competencies and qualifications that include knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes to play a role in various fields. The following are the qualifications that must be possessed:

1. Knowledge and understanding

  • Mastering the basic concepts of nutrition science, biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, and related health sciences. Understanding the principles of planning, implementing, and evaluating nutrition programs at the individual, group, and community levels.
  • Have an understanding of food technology, dietetics, and nutrition service management.

2. Technical skills

  • Able to conduct nutritional assessments through anthropometric measurements, food consumption surveys, and biochemical analysis.
  • Skilled in developing diet plans and providing nutritional counseling tailored to the needs of individuals or groups.
  • Able to identify nutritional problems and design evidence-based nutritional interventions.
  • Able to use tools and technology in measuring nutritional status and processing nutritional data.

3. Managerial and communication skills

  • Able to plan, implement, and evaluate nutrition programs in health, education, or community institutions.
  • Possess effective communication skills to provide nutrition education to individuals, groups, or the wider community.
  • Able to work professionally in a multidisciplinary team in the health sector.

4. Professional attitude

  • Uphold professional ethics in nutrition in carrying out duties and responsibilities.
  • Behave professionally, responsibly, and with a focus on public health interests.
